For service providers, contractors, and agents, we collect personal information to assist us in delivering these services to our clients.

- Banks, solicitors, insurance providers, and referral partners
- Other entities as required to provide our services or assist our functions

Otherwise, overseas disclosure may occur through the use of cloud providers or outsourced IT services with data centers located overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you do not provide us with the requested information, we may not be able to provide you with accounting and taxation services. In some cases, you may be able to provide some but not all information—please ask us if this is possible.
